i can’t send money gifted or friends and family to my main account. i had received money on my second paypal account i don’t use really and i sent before money from this account. when i call paypal you guys are saying there’s a security issue and you guys can’t do anything about it! Please explain why? i don’t want to link my bank account or my credit card to my secondary paypal account so stop forcing me too!
You can use funds in your paypal balance as long as they are in the correct currency and not pending.
But for some transactions ie digital / virtual or higher risk and at some point anyway Paypal will ask you to add a card to act as a back up funding source and to verify your Paypal account.
