Can't see Paypal Balance

For some reason when I log into my paypal account I cant see my balance. Like I cant see anything my banks are still there its just Paypal balance doesn't exist and when I try to see it it doesnt show up, not even under payment methods or ways to pay online. Its like it up and disappeared. Can someone help?

PayPal Balance disappeared, it shows blurred boxes instead of the balance. 🙄

In "Reports > Current month report" I can view the balance.

Don't complain -- I don't even get those fuzzed out spaces!   This is completely nuts.  Fortunately I can go without transferring to my bank account.  I'll just spend the money down, will take less than a few months probably.  But this mean paypal really is incompetent.
