Can't remove my credit card

Hi,

I tried to remove my credit card from the account, but i couldn't because I got a message says that I have to add another one before I remove this, any one can help ?

I'm sorry to hear that you have been experiencing difficulties when trying to remove your card from your PayPal account. It sounds like our internal security system is asking for a new card to be added in order to be able to remove your existing card from PayPal. 

You could try this at a later stage, and our internal security system may have reset at this point. This could give you the option to remove your card, but if the same message appears again, you would need to add an alternative card before you will be able to remove your current one.
