Can't receive money in my account

Hi, I live in Egypt and I am supposed to receive some money from a Chinese company, but they can't transfer the money to my PayPal account.

You could check and see if your email address is confirmed as this may be why you cannot receive this payment.

Also, if you can ask what the error message the sender is receiving.
