I keep getting the following message: " Sorry, we weren't able to complete your payment at this time. Please try again later.
If you keep seeing this, please contact us." I have some money on my paypal balance and I am trying to pay using it and not my card or bank balance. What could be the issue. When i contact paypal they send me a stupid generic response that does not solve my problem. HELP!
