Can’t link my credit card to my PayPal account

Every time I try to link it it says your card has been declined. please try a different payment method

Hi @s3ja 

I'm sorry to hear that you have been unable to link the card on account. If the card has an address that is in the country where your account is registered, please clear your browser's cookies and cache and try again after waiting a full day with no attempts in between. If you attempt to add it repeatedly too many times, the system may lock you out from the ability to add it.

'This card is not accepted. Please use a different card.' means that Paypal are getting a denial message from your bank when you are trying to add the card. When you add a card or update the details Paypal charge a temporary amount. If this is not approved the card cannot be added. If you keep getting this message then call the number on the back of your card to check the issue with your bank. If the Visa you are trying to add is virtual or issued online you would need to try another card.
