I feel like this is an easy fix and I'm missing something. I sold an item on ebay. buyer paid through paypal. The buyer wanted a refund & to return the item. I agreed. He shipped the item back. I can't refund him the money on ebay. Paypal says I have a negative balance and on my transactions is states this:
~Your buyer filed a dispute on this transaction. Sign in to your eBay account for more information on how to resolve it.
I tried to add money. Either it has not gone through or I am missing one step. All I want is to get the guy his refund back to him. Any thoughts on this?
