My friend gave me the wrong phone number and I sent the wrong person $90. PayPal doesn't have an option to cancel this. resolution center isn't letting me do anything to get my money back. I have contacted the person who I accidently sent the money and he said it says the money is on "hold" on his end. How can I get my $90 back, payapal doesn't seem to be any help since I can't talk to a human. please help
