Can't find my balance

The summary does not show my balance. There is no option to add money under wallet or even activity.

How do I withdraw money from my bank account and put it in my PayPal balance?

I fixed it. There was some other thing I had to sign up for. But now when I try to add money it says "There's a problem with adding money to your account." but doesn't say what the problem is.

Yeah, that's what I had to sign up for. Don't worry about my last post either. PayPal just blocked my bank for "security reasons" so I'll have to find another way to withdraw my money.

Given link was a U.S link in reply to a U.S posters question and so would work for them in the U.S.

You are not in  the U.S so the link may not work for you.
