I've contacted the Message Center folks about this issue and they've given me the same response four times now. I can't get them to understand that the confirmation process isn't working. Can anyone here help me?
PayPal has sent through the two small deposits. When I go to Pay & Get Paid > Banks & Cards > click on my bank > click Confirm Bank, I get sent back to my PayPal dashboard. There is never an option to input the amounts of the two small deposits. When I send a message to the Help folks, they reply back with the same broken instructions, Click Wallet blah blah blah. And the instructions are either outdated and wrong or just plain wrong since the word "Wallet" is not a link to anywhere. It's just plain text. And yet they have sent these instructions four times now and I've gone over that the process is broken 4 times now. Why am I in this loop?
