Can’t convert Currency

I have been trying to convert the currency I received for four days and I keep getting this reply :

Looks like something went wrong on our end try again later.

I also messaged PayPal twice and have had no reply.

Is anyone having the same issue?

I till can't transfer from USD to GBP. Did you do something yourself or it was automatically solved?

Tried today to convert GBP to USD and still broken - tried the method suggested above going USD to GBP and got the same error 😞
