Can't connect to my TD Canada Trust business account

I continue to get an error message everytime I go to connect my TD Canada Trust business bank account to PayPal. I get as far into the process where I've logged in to my TD account, and have selected which account I want to link. After selecting the account I want to link and then clicking continue, I get an error message saying it could not link the account... I am having the EXACT same issue with ANOTHER PayPal business account (for a separate business), again with trying to link to TD. 

 

Any help is appreciated!
