Hi there, I've tried to change my primary currency from USD to GBP, but when I go to the balance page and see the three dots next to the GBP balance, I can't click on it. Is there any other way to do it, or does anyone know if Paypal is having issues. I've tried for a couple of days now. I'm a bit concerned I'll end up losing money through conversion rates - would this be true in any way?!
