Can't add my payment option(credit card)

Why I can't add my payment option(credit card) for send the payment follow bill request?
After, I have successfully added(The message page say your card linked) and press done. It come back without any added credit card(empty white box).
How can I solve this problem?

If you're seeing that your card has been successfully linked, but are not seeing it appear on the page, you may want to view your Wallet through a different device or browser. You can also clear your cache and cookies to see if that helps fix the error.
