I'm trying to issue a refund to someone, but I keep getting prompted I don't have enough money in my balance. I can't add my bank account so I can't see if that is the issue. I just want to use my debit card to add money to my paypal balance.
Welcome to the PayPal Community! Unfortunately you're not able to add funds from your debit / credit card to your PayPal account balance. If you don't have the funds in your account to fund your refund, you would need to add a bank on file.
