Can't add debit card to Paypal account

Hi, 

I have an issue adding a debit card to my Paypal account.

When trying to add a card it says, the card cannot be added and I have to try a different method.

However, I don't have any different card to use.

I tried to contact Paypal support 3 times and only thing I received was automated message.

Hopefully, this way I can get in touch with an administrator.

Paypal is 'country specific' so advice often depends on what country you are in. As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help at the moment.

if your bank is a member of VISA Europe,see if you can get them to issue  VISA debit card .

Nearly all debit cards in Europe ARE visa.
