I'm trying to add bank account with my permanent limit PayPal account. Already i passed more than 180 days. My funds are now eligible for withdraw. But i can't add my bank. Saying security check. Please help me. How can i add bank with my PayPal account & withdraw my funds ? Waiting for expert suggest.
Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code. OR have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter? Already i did contact with support on calling after your suggestion. They suggested me for try to add bank after 48hr. But already i passed 4 days still i can't add bank with my PayPal account. Having same problems.
