I want to withdraw money from my account after making a sale on Ebay, I already have a debit card attached and have made payments with the account for the past couple years, but when trying to withdraw I need to add a bank account. I have tried with two different accounts and get the same error "sorry can not process this, try again later" however I have tried again later and no result still
