Can't add Debit Card - Says can't proccess right now

Basically I'm not able to link my debit card to my PayPal account. Cant proccess orders on third party apps either. For example; DePop. & eBay. I could buy stuff but not sell stuff. I callled and said formation issues but don't make sense bec sauase it can identify my billing adress and the card infomration is right but still doesn't procvess the $1 fee.

I am sorry to know that you're facing issues while adding your card. Not being able to link a card is often due to PayPal's Security System which would restrict you to take action temporarily. If it's the Security System, logging off from everything on your computer, deleting the cookies and temporary internet files, re-starting, and then waiting for a couple of hours before trying again usually helps. If there's a limitation on the account, check the Resolution Center and complete any steps there to have the limitation removed. For account-specific questions, I'd recommend reaching out to our Customer Support by clicking on the Contact option at the bottom of the page on our website.
