I've been trying to accept a payment for almost a month onto my PNC debit card or account. Paypal keeps stating the cards cannot accept payment, but it worked fine multiple times before. I called and I was told by both PNC and Paypal that there should be no issues. I'm not sure what else to do but add a new card...
