Can't Link Bank

I know how to link my bank to my PayPal and when I did I waited for the deposit to show up and since I'm impatient I didn't wait more than maybe an hour until I just decided to guess the amount but then after doing that it unlinked my bank account from my PayPal and when I try to redo it again it tells me it can't complete the action right now and I need to come back so I waited a full day before trying again but I got the same error message and I'm not sure how to fix it. When I checked my bank deposits the day after the next I found the deposits and they came the day after I started setting up and so I tried linking again and I got the same error message. Again I'm not sure how to fix it, I've emailed PayPal and told them my issue but they just keep sending me automated messages on how to link the bank account to PayPal, some help and guidance would be amazing.
