Can't Link Bank Account

Trying to link bank account to my PayPal business account.

From PayPal I select add new bank account

Enter my bank login info (username and password)

Answer the bank security questions - no problem, I am validated.

I'm on the Terms and Conditions page where is states I must select an eligible bank account to link to my PayPal account

There are no accounts listed

 

Logged out and tried again. Same result

Tried a different browser. Same result

Contacted my bank and they direct me back to paypal.

 

I feel like I've exhausted everything. Anyone know what's going on?

 

Went through all of these. I'm good with all of them.

Here are some common issues you might encounter when linking a bank account:

  • The bank account must be a Canadian bank.
  • The bank account can’t be linked to more than one account at a time.
  • The bank account can't be linked if it has already been linked to 3 previous PayPal accounts.
  • The name on the bank account must match the name on the PayPal account.
