Can't Add Money to Paypal Wallet

Hi all,

I've seems to have a problem regarding with adding funds to the paypal wallet. Whenever, I add money to the paypal wallet it always said "We can't process your request right now. Please try again later."  This happen to me since last month and I thought it was a paypal issues but its seems is still can't add money to the wallet. 

Can someone please help me out? I've attached an image of the error.

As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help at the moment (Paypal varies a lot country to country).
