Hello, I am new to paypal. I am trying to send money to a friend in the US. I sent money yesterday using my bank account, but everything has gone downhill. I try to link my card an error message keeps popping up. I linked my bank account, and it wont let me use any of my funds from that either. It is very important i get this settled, but I am not sure what is going on. Everything is verified, and nothing is wrong with my card.
Any advice would be helpful right now, thank you! 🙂
