Can not withdraw to my bank

Hello I wanted to withdraw funds to my bank account but PayPal system was triggered I have to wait for 3 days. Is there anything I can do so that I do not wait for 3 days? Thx

Not only do I have the same problem but days & still I cannot get my money back.

furthermore I cannot see their replies in the message centre

talk about a **bleep** system !
