Can not transfer money from paypal account to bank account

Hi, 

I receive error 'We’re sorry, this is more than you can transfer right now. Please enter a lower amount.' when I try to transfer money from my paypal account to bank account.

I was able to transfer money before, but I am not able to do this for 2 months. 

http://www.paypal.com/wdfunds workaround link did not work either  😕
