Can not add my credit card

Hi

I can not ad my new credit card because it says it is ALREADY REGISTERED!

How can that be?!

I only have this credit card and i only have one paypal account.

I think i would know if someone else was using my card number...

Please help!

You need to contact customer services to resolve any account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.
