Can i use Paypal account like wallet ?

Hi,

I would like to use paypal account like paytm wallet or any other wallets. Where in , i would like to deposit some money from my bank in paypal and when required i will pay using paypal to other customers. is it possible. If yes, please let me know steps.

I require to make transaction via paypal but in my paypal account balance is showing as 0. how do add money to my account.

PayPal accounts in India are required to withdraw available funds. There is no add funds or top up ability, unfortunately.

You can send payments with a linked card.
