Can i Withdraw money from PayPal to my ADCB Visa Debit Card?

I have a Saving account at ADCB master debit card so if i get their Visa Debit card, will i be able to withdraw my money from my paypal account?

Yes, locally, you can only withdraw to cards in UAE.
