Can i WithDraw Money in Credit card . ( Kuwait )

Can anyone Help me Regarding the withdraw from my account.

I am in kuwait and i cant link bank account . So i want to know can i withdraw to my Credit Card (Master Card) .

To see the withdrawal method that is available in your country, log in to your PayPal account and click Withdraw money under "PayPal balance" on the left of the page.

Here’s how to withdraw funds from your PayPal account:

1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click Withdraw money under "PayPal balance" on the left of the page.
3. Enter your withdrawal amount and select your withdrawal method.
4. Click Continue.
5. Review the details and click Withdraw.

I am in El Salvador and I dont see the credit card option when I go to withdraw funds. How can I add this option? Thanks.
