Hi, I will receive a debit card in a few weeks, because it's still in the process of making, but I want to start a job and recieve money as soon as possible on my paypal account. I have the card account number but I don't have other card details yet. Can I "store" the money in my Pay Pal balance until I get and verify my card, and then withdraw that collected money to the card in a 2-3 weeks? Thanks!
