Can I link u.s. bank to my Chinese Paypal account?

I have formed a LLC company in US and my company has a bank account in the US. I want to link the bank to my Chinese Paypal account and withdraw money to U.S. bank account

As long as the name of the bank account and name of the company on the paypal account match then yes you should be able to, check out the link BUT you may have to get the help of customer services to help you link it.
