I sell digital products and accept payments via PayPal. I am based in India. I run an affiliate program and need to pay my affiliates. As of this writing, the funds I get are sent immediately to my bank account. My affiliates are outside India and I incur a loss when I pay them due to the rupee to dollar conversion. Is there a way for me to hold funds in PayPal until I pay them? Once that is done, I can bring the funds into my bank account. I have checked with other marketers abroad and this is what they do.
I understand that there was some kind of reserve bank of India restriction on holding money but we have so many digital vollets in India now so am not sure if this still applies. I did check with PayPal technical support and they stated that there is no way to hold funds.
Anyone any ideas on what I can do?
