Can I get my funds quicker?

New to paypal, verified my bank details and been waiting on my withdrawl payment for 2 days. Is this normal?

Is there anyway of me getting this quicker?

Withdrawals are 2-72 hours in the U.K.

Normally its pretty instant up to 2 hours but it may well be the full 72 hours if its your first withdrawal.
