Okay has anyone else had this problem? Which is I bought a prepaid card. Same time I paid for card I loaded $20 on it. Tried to load more but had to activate card first also download app. So I did all of the above then walked rite back in the store tried to add more money. While in the process the transaction gets declined. Try it a few more times same thing happens over and over. I said how I just purchased the card from you. She said call the number on the back of the card. I called the number and they informed me that the numbers are invalid. I been on the phone since 11:30. & now it's 2:30. Has this happened to anyone else? It's like all the customers representers are lost.
