CANT use my mastercard to transfer funds after confirmation

Hi,

I have a problem and need help. I have linked my MasterCard. I confirmed it successfully. It appears in my wallet however, when I try to withdraw funds to my MasterCard it does not appear in the window. There is a link saying Don’t see all your banks or cards? I follow the link and then new message is shown that These can’t be used for transfers

Some banks and cards don’t accept transfers just yet. and I see MasterCard in the list of unacceptable cards.

It is MasterCard, confirmed card. How can I fix the problem?

please notice that I've been struggling for months to find an accepted card in Egypt
