Hi, I sold a van via ebay, Buyer came and looked at it, was happy with it, paid me via paypal, started the van and drove it away. Buyer messages me the next day saying van won't start and puts a hold on the payment. That van worked just fine for nine years, was working just fine until the day after he bought it. As well as not having the money yet, this delay has cost me overdraft charges that I wouldn't have had otherwise and a cost me a fair bit in phone calls to paypal only to be fobbed off and told "We are reviewing the transaction". Has this ever happened to anybody before? How did it work out? Is there anything I can do? TIA.
