In the linked page, it states "Your buyers will have the option to confirm that they received the item if your transaction is held. They'll also receive the notification email after you upload tracking/print shipping label." The initial question was HOW TO DO THIS, which the page does not address. I have the same question. I sold a product using Paypal reader and it has now been put on hold and I need the funds. How can I have the buyer confirm the sale so the hold can be released?
