I have been trying to connect my businesses account to paypal account for the past week. I already finished setting up my paypall account and i have done everything it had asked me. I remember when i had my old paypal account i had to get a interview over the phone and pay a monthly fee to keep my business account. It didn’t ask me for any of that this time. Could that be tbe reason its not wanting to connect? How can i solve this problem?
If you are referring to linking a bank account to your business PayPal account, make sure your bank account info matches your info on the PayPal account, either in business contact name (the person who operates the account) or business name and mailing/billing address. And it can't be a virtual bank.
