I live in the United Arab Emirates, and I have an online store where I want to provide Paypal as a payment option. But when I try to link a bank account to my PayPal account it does not work as my bank account is in the UAE, is there a way to have a bank account outside the US link to the Paypal business account?
The problem is I might be selling in large amounts and I don't know if its safe to just depend on withdrawing money from the wallet especially if the amounts are large as Paypal have made it difficult for people with their security hold-ups as I have been reading online.

You can't add a local bank account in your country.
You can only add a linked card.
The only exception is U.S expats can add their bank accounts to other countries paypal accounts (paypal is a U.S company so they allow their citizens to do this).
Click on the link below and select the country you want from the drop down list for options available in that country.
