Blank page when updating shipping info

So I sold a digital service and now I received the payment but it is on hold, I have the option to provide more info when I click "Get your funds sooner". So I click it then I click "Service or virtual product" and then boom, the screen is just blank!!!!

This is important because AFTER I update this info, after 48 hours the buyer can confirm the transaction and I will get my money.

But with this problem I can't update my shipping info, and the buyer can't confirm the transaction.

HELP PLEASE!

Edit: I tried different browsers, I tried my phone, my laptop, chrome, edge, I tried deleting cookies/cache. Still same problem.

We are all having this problem and nobody knows, some guy said customer support told him they are eliminating 7 days hold for virtual products or services now we have to wait 21 days
