Hello, i have a question about currency rates.
I live in Indonesia, so my card charges in IDR, and I often shop at CDJapan. Recently, I changed my MasterCard to a Visa card and I noticed a difference on the checkout page. When I pay with my MasterCard, the page shows my amount in JPY and in IDR, yet with my Visa, it only shows the JPY amount. Is this dependent on the card network issuer or can it be changed through a PayPal settings? I can't seem to change it if it can be. I would like for it to always show in IDR.
