so I received an email by paypal that my withdrawal was denied, im not surprised since i had a hint that there may be problems with my bank account. but then when I went to check on my balaance it was 850PHP or 16 dollars, and i was thinking maybe paypal will just return it to my account, then, my 450php (or approx 10 dollars) that tried to withdraw had a "complete" written on it, and my balance was then just 500php or 10$, when i went to check it out, it's as if paypal deducted HALF of my 450php and TOOK IT, and left me with the LESSER HALF. 200php is already a lot for a student like me... please help!
