Bank transfer problem

Hi everyone! I tried contacting the help center through the messages, but they seem to never be online. 

I transferred some money from paypal to my bank account on the 27th of March, and they have not come through even today. I contacted my bank and they say there is nothing in the queue at all, so the transfer isn't even pending. But on paypal, the transfer appears as completed. I don't understand what's going on. The amount transferred was in EUR, and I transferred to a GBP account, but the bank told me that wouldn't be an issue. 

I'm really not sure what to do..
