Bank transfer issue

Hi, on November 21th i sent 100€ from my bank to the German account of PayPal to be able later to move that amount on my own credit card. The money is not available and the operator told me that there have been technical issues since one month ago. I need a mail contact to send the receipt if that sum of money in order to request a refund. Can anyone help?

Same thing here!

 

I sent 500€ a week ago on the same German IBAN account as I always do. Typically the transfers have showed up next day but as of now nothing yet = (.

 

I've tried to contact customer supports but haven't gotten other than automated reply. Very frustrated..

Can't believe there is no email address to to request support and send documentation to.
