I was putting my bank Iban etc It then sent under 20 cent money to my bank It said put 2 numbers that they sent on my bank So i putted it both in it didn't work I tried again but i put the other number upside down and did it again So i used all 3 tries now i can't link my bank anymore at all
Paypal is 'country specific' so advice often depends on what country you are in. As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help at the moment.
