I'm sorry to hear you've had trouble confirming your bank information. Please know it can take 3-5 business days for the code to appear on your banking statement. It will look something similar to *1234PAYPAL* and have the charge amounts. You'll need to enter the exact amounts of the 2 deposits made to your account, then click Submit. You can always try looking for more information in your Help Center as well.
