Today I wanted to withdraw money from Paypal to my bank account first time. I linked my card, Paypal services paid 1.90$, my card has enough money in case if Paypal need more for transferring. I called to my bank hundred times they opened internet banking service, checked my card ten times. At the end when I wanted to transfer they wrote this card is not eligible for instant transfers!!!!
