I've been trying to link my credit card with my PayPal account. Every time I'm told the card has been declined and that I should try a different account option. What could be the problem?

Is it a card paypal accept?

Does it have available funds on it?

Does the billing address of the card match the address on your paypal account?

Does it have a CVN on the back?
