Bank accounts and set up

I opened with psy pal sometime ago I was told I couldn't use a savings acct. I'm trying to get in to remove y and add my chequing account. It won't allow me to. It says there's too many accounts associated with my bank account. Yet there is nothing listed when I click link a bank or account to view it. So I cannot do anything with my account right now. Help

Contact customer service to investigate the bank account and see why it says its been linked to multiple PayPal accounts:

Click HELP at the top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US.
